SV1CEC Web Server
The pages from http://www.sv1cec.ampr.org have been redesigned to fit the normal Internet Web environment, but they are far from having their final form, so please excuse any rough spots that you'll find. Please also note, that some of these pages are in Greek, so do not be disturbed if they are not readable by your client. They will hopefully be translated into English someday.
http://www.sv1cec.ampr.org is the first (and still the only) radio amateur, wireless WWW server in Athens and (as far as I know) in Greece. This server went on the air, for the first time, on May 13th 1995 at 20:30 local time and has since been serving the radio amateurs of this city.
The wireless server, and and this mirror site, were setup by SV1CEC for serving the Radio Amateur Community. A lot of fellow hams (and non-hams) have contributed to the radio amateur material presented here-in. Many thanks are due, to all of them, especially SV1UY, SV1RD and Daniel Warren. Other people have contributed for several other areas found on these pages, like for example for the M-1911 Home Page. Their names are mentionned elsewhere, but I want to thank them over here too.
Since you took the time to come here, why don't you sit back and enjoy those pages, at your heart's content!
