I didn't get to look over all of it, but it looks really neat. I'd be careful, though, recommending any distro to someone at any level. The reason I say this is because, and you've probably noticed, is that different people consider themselves different levels. Two people may know the exact same things, but each may consider him or her self at a higher or lower level than what the other would think. But, not only that, everyone and their mother will have a different opinion about what distro is better, and at which level someone should start a particular distro at.   Heck, there are some people I've seen who'd recommend a Stage I Gentoo install to a complete newbie!!! But, other than that, the site look great!
