The Have Mercy page.

I get mail from guru *nix friends with comments about this
    site.
Luckily, till now these messages are quite polite, stating
some misspelled (at best) or misinforming (at worst)
definitions as well as theoretical approach.
I have to say that the procedure of learning how to
understand and operate a Unix system can not escape
from an "academic" approach, although I have tried to avoid
    that with all my strength.
Terms like "Gui Services" or "Internet Connection Sharing"
are incorrect because they don't really mean anything,
considering the technology that is used to create these
    fine mechanisms.
But they are simple to understand, so they will be used
    when simplicity is necessary.
    Hard mistakes are corrected fast.
Some others, like "read only" etc. attributes need some
time for me to define them right in the "Unix" language.

Thank you and keep in mind this, whatever you do.

    PS
    To Experts:
Please state your explanations in a complete way, so
that I can put them in the PostMe page.
