Installation

To install the pwline.plug, simply copy the downloaded speak.plug into the directory "c:/.wavesurfer" (for Windows). Wavesurfer looks either there or in a directory "./plugins" within the subdirectory from where it was started.

IMPORTANT: when upgrading to a newer version you must delete the old version of the plugin from your system before copying the new one. Also, since many upgrades involve configuration parameters, you must delete your configuration files that make use of the pwline.plug.
 

Use

The Pwline properties tab looks like this:

On a pwline pane, the following actions are supported:

1. Ctrl-left click on any pwline enabled pane to insert node.

2. Ctrl-left click on a node to delete it

3. Left-click on node to select/deselect it

4. Left-click-drag on pane to define square select/deselect area. Nodes included are toggled to selected/deselected:

5. Shift-left-click-drag on pane: as above but included nodes are added/removed to/from any previously selected ones:
    

6. Left-click-drag on node to move it:
    

7. Left-click-drag on selected node moves all selected nodes:
    

8. Shift-Ctrl-left-click on selected node to delete all selected nodes.
    

9. Left-click on the piecewise line to select its nodes:
    

10. Shift-Ctrl-left-click on piecewise line to delete all nodes.
