4. Graduation and attendance certificates showing grades of last two years of study abroad |

5. Last three years residence in a foreign country proven by consulate certificates or other official authority |

6. Inoculation card |
Documents no 3, 4 and 5 should be translated in Greek either by the Greek Consulates in the countries of origin, or by the Translating Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2 Voukourestiou street, Athens)
